Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership.
• Ability to partner with others and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with multi-task capability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and overhauls.
• Certify airworthiness per FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals.
• Advise management on operations performance and policy oversight.
• Develop plans with all functions and oversee planning and reporting.
• Implement strategic operational plans and support business development.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, quality standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of all assigned systems.
• Track performance metrics and brief leadership on results.
• Ensure efficient use of personnel and manage morale and welfare.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
