Amentum is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to coordinate aircraft maintenance programs at our Maryland location. You will oversee inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications while ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will partner with senior management to drive performance, develop plans across functional areas, and provide reports to support decision-making. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and SBs are followed.
• Advise senior management on operations performance and policy.
• Develop cross-functional plans and provide required reports.
• Oversee work control, planning, and mission support.
• Implement operations strategies to meet contract requirements.
