The role involves advising senior leadership, developing cross-functional plans, tracking performance, and ensuring mission support across contracts and customer specifications. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Ability to partner with others, provide outstanding customer service, maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Management and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, overhauls and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Advise senior management on program-wide operations and policy oversight for effective decision-making.
• Develop plans with all functional areas, provide required reports, and oversee work control and planning.
• Implement strategic plans for operations to support contract requirements.
• Provide analysis and support for business development.
