Amentum seeks a Scheduling Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of the aircraft Plans and Scheduling office in support of Wing and Squadron production control responsibilities.

You will build and maintain the annual to weekly maintenance and flying schedules, ensuring on-time TCIs/SIs, phase flow, and adherence to DAFI 21-101. Collaboration with meetings and MAINT requests is essential.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the aircraft Plans and Scheduling office in accordance with guidance.
• Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules, committing daily aircraft.
• Ensure timelines per DAFI 21-101 for quarterly, monthly, and weekly flying schedules.
• Manage phase flow to maintain uninterrupted aircraft progression into phase dock.
• Meet hours-remaining standards for phase inspections and schedule TCIs/SIs on time.
• Assign Job Control Numbers for TCIs/SIs and compute Maintenance Scheduling Effectiveness.
• Attend meetings and assist in preparing MAINT/MAINTENANCE assistance requests.
• Adhere to First Look Report for the upcoming fiscal year.
