Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to obtain ATL badge with customs seal; 10-year background check.
• 5+ years in leadership for facility maintenance/janitorial operations.
• Advanced MS Office skills; Excel and PowerPoint; Infor EAM a plus.
• On-call 24/7 availability; on-site presence when needed.
• Previous supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, prioritization and workflow management.
• Commitment to maintaining a safety-driven culture.
• Secondary education in facility management or business administration preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Airside Operations Team; motivate and appraise performance.
• Promote safety and enforce policies; hands-on leadership for daily tasks.
• Manage shift coverage; create schedules; guide employees; report to management.
• Improve operations through analytics and stakeholder communication.
• Supervise ramp activities: cleaning, curb, pallet collection, dumpster cleaning, window washing.
• Represent AATC at meetings, airport functions, and industry events.
• Assist with budget planning and management of Airside Operations budget.
• Address employee-related issues to ensure reliable attendance.
