Job summary

Signature Aviation in Omaha, NE, seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional guest service and hands-on ground support for private aviation operations. You will assist with fueling, de-icing, parking, marshalling, catering delivery, and safe ramp operations, while maintaining a hospitality-focused, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass airport background checks and be insurable.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

Operate and guide ground service equipment safely.
Collaborate with team to meet guest and aircraft service needs.
Provide professional guest service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Fuel handling, de-icing, and ground support tasks as needed.
Maintain safe, clean ramps and comply with SOPs and safety rules.
