Signature Aviation plc is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. You will be the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience from wheels down to wheels up.

The role combines hospitality with hands-on aircraft ground services, including fueling, de-icing, ground power, catering delivery, and towing, in a luxury, fast-paced environment. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays, outdoors around active aircraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 18+ requirement.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain security badge.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Vision and coordination to move aircraft and inspect fuel.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors and crewmembers to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft; identify tasks and raise safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT or guest vehicle.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe, convenient transportation when driving shuttle vehicle.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean state.
• Fuel handling and documentation; ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Stop unsafe work and report concerns to management.
• Create accurate time/activities records.
