Job summary

Signature Aviation plc in East Granby, CT, seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to blend hospitality with hands-on ground services around aircraft. You will engage guests, perform fueling, de-icing, parking, towing, and catering tasks while upholding safety and luxury standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and outdoor work around active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo and assist guest transport as needed.
• Provide professional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and ensure secure operations.
• Adhere to security protocols and document time worked and services performed.
