Job summary

Signature Aviation in the United States is seeking an Airside Experience Associate to deliver safe, efficient ground service for guests and crews. You will handle baggage, cargo, and freight, monitor access points, and support ramp operations with a focus on safety and service.

This role requires flexibility for night, holiday, and weekend shifts, with outdoor/indoor work near aircraft. You’ll contribute to an exceptional guest journey from the ground up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, freight, and cargo between planes and other transport modes.
• Operate ground service equipment such as tugs and conveyors.
• Perform identity checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors, and vendors per security procedures.
• Monitor facilities including street side, parking, terminal, hangars, and AOA.
• Assist guests to ensure exceptional experiences, including potable water services and aircraft stairs/jetways.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report concerns to management.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
