Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to provide a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience for guests, crew, and aircraft at our private aviation terminal. You will blend exceptional service with hands‑on operational support in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment around active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks, airport background check requirements, and be insurable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Excellent vision and coordination to move and visually inspect aircraft fuel, with color vision test.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor/management.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering, towing).
• Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; raise safety concerns as needed.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPU, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest transport modes.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Provide safe, convenient transport (shuttle) for guests, luggage, and cargo.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean, secure state.
• Fuel handling: quality control, receipt, inventory, documentation.
• Understand and enforce all safety, operational, and guest service requirements.
