Job summary

Signature Aviation in Morrisville, NC seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to greet guests, crew and aircraft with a service-first mindset, blending hospitality with hands-on operational duties. You will operate ground support equipment and coordinate services to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the ramp.

You will work outdoors around active aircraft, require schedule flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain safety and security standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and be at least 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass company background checks.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required depending on location.
• Ability to read English safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently according to SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to ensure service needs are met (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, water, parking, marshalling, catering, towing).
• Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo into/out of aircraft and guest vehicles or PAT.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; fuel handling and documentation.
• Understand and enforce safety, operational, and guest service requirements; stop unsafe work.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols as dictated by Signature and airport.
