Job summary

Signature Aviation in New Jersey is seeking an Airside Experience Associate to deliver safe, efficient, and guest-focused service within a private aviation environment. You will help with baggage handling, ramp activity, and aircraft support to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Role requires flexibility for nights, holidays, and weekend shifts, with the ability to work indoors and outdoors near active aircraft and equipment. Join a team dedicated to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hospitality skills with guest-focused service mindset.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and operating instructions in English.
• Ability to carry out simple instructions and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, freight, and cargo; transfer packages between planes or other transport modes.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (tugs, trucks, conveyors, etc.).
• Perform identification checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors and vendors per security procedures.
• Monitor facilities including street side, parking lots, terminal, hangars and AOA.
• Assist Airside Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences (ground power, water, wing walking, chocking, stairs/jetways).
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise; report concerns to management and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and operations; document time worked and activities performed.
• Maintain accurate records of time and services performed.
