Job summary

Signature Aviation in Tampa is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, guest‑focused experience from wheels down to wheels up. You will operate ground service equipment, perform aircraft services, and engage guests with a service‑first mindset.

The role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, in outdoor aviation settings. You will collaborate with crew and guests, ensure safety, and maintain professional guest service while handling fueling,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with team, guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs, including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, marshalling, and towing.
• Proactively prepare for arrivals/departures, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPU, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; provide professional guest service and safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and verify fuel handling and documentation.
