Job summary

Signature Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver personalized guest experiences and support aircraft ground services. You will operate ground service equipment and coordinate with guests, crew and aircraft teams in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

The role requires a service-first mindset, schedule flexibility including nights and holidays, and the ability to work safely around active aircraft. Prior aviation or customer service exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required per location.
• Experience in aviation, customer service or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist with guest transportation and shuttle duties.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a welcoming, luxury environment.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols; create records of time and activities.
