Job summary

Signature Aviation is hiring an Airside Experience Specialist in Fayetteville, NC to be the face of our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on ops to deliver a seamless guest experience from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment, support services like fueling and catering, and maintain safety and service standards in a fast-paced, outdoor setting around aircraft, while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• English language proficiency for safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft; identify open tasks and raise safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment like fuel trucks, tugs, and power units.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations.
• Fuel handling, quality control, and related documentation.
• Adhere to safety, security, and guest service requirements; stop unsafe work.
