Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist who will be the face of our private aviation terminal, blending hospitality with hands-on aircraft support to deliver a seamless guest experience from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment and perform services while maintaining a service-first mindset; schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays in outdoor conditions around active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Vision and coordination for aircraft movement and fuel inspection.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, water, parking, towing).
• Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guest transport between the PAT and vehicles.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles; keep ramps and operations secure.
• Handle fuel processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and guest-service requirements; stop work when unsafe.
• Follow emergency procedures and report concerns to management.
