Job summary

Signature Aviation in Kansas City seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver premium guest service while performing hands-on ground services for private aviation. You will fuel, tow, de-ice, park aircraft, and coordinate with crew to ensure seamless operations on the ramp.

The role requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends, outdoor work in varying weather, and a strong service-first mindset to create memorable experiences for guests and crews.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and hospitality focus.
• Fluent English reading and writing for safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory.
• Ability to operate ground service equipment and drive shuttle vehicles.
• Strong judgment and ability to follow directions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with guests and teammates.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient using computers to access email and training modules.
• Must complete Signature's training programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Coordinate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, parking, etc.).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ground service equipment and tow/transport aircraft and luggage when needed.
• Provide professional guest service and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Offer safe shuttle transport for guests and cargo as required.
• Maintain clean, safe ramp and operational areas and manage fuel handling records.
