Job summary

Signature Aviation in Lexington, KY is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver seamless, luxury guest service while performing ground services for aircraft and passengers.

You will engage with guests, crew, and vendors, operate ground support equipment, and maintain safety and cleanliness on ramps in varying weather conditions. This role requires schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to ensure service needs are met (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, power units, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo for aircraft and guest vehicles or PAT.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe and clean ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and documentation.
• Understand and enforce safety, security, and guest service requirements.
