Signature Aviation in Cedar Rapids, IA, on-site, seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience while performing aircraft ground services. You will blend hospitality with operational support, working through nights, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor environment around active aircraft.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and exceptional guest care as you manage fueling, towing, catering, and a range of ground-service tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security checks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent guest service and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, etc.).
• Provide professional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist with fueling, de-icing, lavatory and water services, parking, towing.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and report unsafe conditions.
