Qualifications

• Requires food preparation skills and HACCP knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of related cooking experience; high-volume/fast casual preferred.
• Knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry items.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a hot environment.
• Willingness to work with water and cleaning chemicals; sharp knives and hot plates.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and prepares foods across Fry, Flat Top, Pantry, and eggs.
• Tastes, portions, and plans production; communicates issues to management.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment.
• Maintains HACCP standards and safety practices.
• Operates kitchen equipment and handles ingredients.
• Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks product temperatures.
