Job summary

SP+ is seeking an Assistant Manager for DOT Shuttle Operations in Portland, OR. This role leads shuttle operations, supervises drivers and staff, and ensures compliant, efficient service at a major airport shuttle facility.

Requirements include a valid CDL, DOT Medical Card, intro to MS Office, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Expect shifts including evenings or weekends and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education Required: High School Graduate. Some college a plus.
• Experience Required: At least one year supervisory experience.
• License Requirement: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: Required.
• Availability to Work: 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Other Qualifications: Knowledge of transportation, DOT regulations, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and shuttle operations.
• Ensure appropriate customer interaction and supervise closing reports.
• Monitor and implement revenue control procedures.
• Assist with daily data entry of revenue reports.
• Compile and interpret daily operation reports.
