Job summary

SP+ is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor in Portland, OR to lead location activities, supervise shuttle teams, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. You will manage day-to-day operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue control and reporting.

The role requires a CDL, DOT Medical Card, and strong MS Office skills, with availability for second/third shifts and weekends as required. Benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college a plus.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience; DOT shuttle ops experience helpful.
• CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card (certificate) required.
• Willingness for second/third shifts and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Knowledge of transportation, DOT regulations, and payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of assigned locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers and monitoring of shuttle operations.
• Ensure proper customer interaction and complete closing reports.
• Monitor and implement revenue control procedures.
• Assist with daily revenue data entry and report generation.
• Prepare and interpret daily operation reports.
