Job summary

Block by Block is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to oversee the Airport Customer Experience Specialists (ACES) and shuttle drivers. You will lead shift operations, ensure compliance with Block by Block and PANYNJ standards, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Lead ACES program shift duties and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide written end-of-shift reports and hand-offs.
• Drive shuttles when drivers are unavailable.
• Maintain professional standards and safety in operations.

Responsibilities

• Front Line Leadership: manage shift duties of the ACES program while ensuring compliance with Block by Block and PANYNJ standards, best practices, procedures, and policies.
• Reporting: provide end-of-shift hand-offs and daily reports of accomplishments and customer tasks completed; report concerns to the Airport Assistant Manager.
• Professionalism: maintain a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
