Job summary

Smarte Carte Inc. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead the labor force in passenger terminal areas, ensuring performance, safety, and exceptional customer service. You will coordinate schedules, train staff, and monitor equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and a night shift from 5:30pm to 2:00am, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and problem solving to enhance productivity and vend quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams; supervisor experience preferred.
• Cash control experience preferred.
• General knowledge of vended service products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with collections and counting/recording money.
