The position pays $27.00 per hour and requires at least one year in hospitality or customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean MV record.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACES program shift duties and ensure compliance with standards.
• Communicate daily briefings and assign duties to ACES.
• Provide guidance for airport customer service operations.
• Provide end-of-shift and hand-off reports and daily task summaries.
• Drive shuttles if drivers are unavailable
