Job summary

FINE Airport Parking seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams across lobby, curb, shuttle, valet, and dispatch, ensuring timely service and smooth operations. You’ll coordinate people, tools, and information to maintain a welcoming guest experience.

You will coach staff on radio etiquette and SOPs, log daily reports, and manage coverage for peak periods while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lead on-shift team and set lobby/curb/valet priorities.
• Read service reports and adjust plans in real time.
• Maintain guest standards and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and set coverage priorities.
• Log reports and confirm traffic-by-hour data to plan.
• Balance shuttle loops and curb coverage during peaks.
• Coach team on radio etiquette and SOPs.
• Ensure readiness of work areas, PPE, and uniforms.
• Complete end-of-shift handoffs and reporting.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
