Tailwind Concessions LLC is hiring a Shift Lead for Dunkin at the AZA Airport in Mesa, AZ. You will lead the restaurant during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, high food quality and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check to receive an airport badge.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Leads the restaurant during a shift.
• Understand completely; all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs set forth by Tailwind.
• Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurant.
• Fill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are met.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all times.
• Report to work punctually and assist in the event of an emergency outlined within restaurant standards and Tailwind policies.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.
• Treating both hourly employees and members of the Management team with professionalism and respect.
