Job summary

Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Dunkin' Donuts location at the AZA Airport in Mesa, AZ. This full-time role supports the General Manager in overseeing staff, inventory, and operations to deliver excellent guest service in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, maintaining health and safety standards, handling guest concerns, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Capable of standing for long periods.
• Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Some weekend days are required as well as mornings and evenings.

• Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in scheduling staff in their work assignments.

• Monitor as well as take action to make sure food quality service standards are met.
• Verify temperatures, appearance and taste of products, and check preparation methods to define quality.
• Ensure safe, responsible and legal serving of all alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering and stocking.

Qualifications:

• Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Some weekend days are required as well as mornings and evenings.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass background check.
• Management background in Food and Beverage.
• Strong kitchen and grill experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
