Job summary

JSX is seeking a Station Manager in Las Vegas to lead the Airport Services Concierge team and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. You will manage budgets and coach supervisors to drive results.

Coordinate with airport management and other stakeholders, review procedures for efficiency, and maintain daily operations while ensuring policy adherence and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience - High School Degree
• 3 Years Airport operations experience
• 5 years of interacting with customers/people delivering services face-to-face
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple and often competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to Supervisors and maintain an environment for objectives
• Support the General Manager in meeting operational targets and budget
• Formulate administrative/operational policies and procedures
• Audit station supply orders for budget compliance and necessity
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations
• Coordinate with airport management, community, regulatory agencies and staff
• Review and approve expense reports and ensure policy compliance
• Ensure adequate crewmember coverage to support customer experience
