Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airport Services Supervisor to lead a frontline team in delivering an elevated customer experience across airport touchpoints. You’ll coach a team of Airport Services Concierges (ASCs), ensure premium lounge and gate environments, and coordinate with flight crews and partners to support smooth operations.

You will drive hospitality, accountability, and hands-on leadership during peak periods, ensuring safety and quality at every step from check-in to boarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of airport operations experience
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with intermittent physical activity, including bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current and valid Driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team of Airport Services Concierges (ASCs) with coaching and real-time feedback
• Ensure lounge and gate environments are clean, organized, and stocked with premium amenities
• Coordinate with flight crews, mechanics, business partners, and FBOs to support smooth operations
• Maintain safety, appearance, and performance standards and hold the team accountable
• Provide hands-on leadership during high-volume or critical periods
• Drive a culture of hospitality, ensuring customers feel seen and celebrated from check‑in to takeoff
