• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain credentials as required.
• Supervisory experience is required to lead teams and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including disciplinary actions as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative duties, payroll, scheduling and general admin tasks.
• Monitors staffing, overtime, and financial performance of the station.
• Promotes team-building to develop and motivate staff.
• Ensure work is performed safely following standards and policy.
