Culmen International seeks an Airport Screening Operations Manager to lead day-to-day passenger checkpoint and baggage screening at Tupelo, MS, ensuring strong staffing, TSA compliance, and efficient throughput. You’ll drive performance through data, scheduling, and frontline supervision.

You will mentor frontline supervisors, coordinate with TSA and airport partners, and implement new screening directives while maintaining security and customer service in a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• Five+ years in aviation security, airport operations, security screening, or equivalent management.
• Experience supervising large, shift-based workforces in high-activity environments.
• Strong scheduling, staffing, and performance-management capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in a regulated security setting and coordinate with TSA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening operations.
• Manage STSOs and other supervisors with shift coverage.
• Develop schedules based on volumes, flights, and staffing.
• Monitor wait times, throughput, staffing use, and security effectiveness.
• Coordinate with TSA/FSD and airport stakeholders on daily requirements.
• Implement new or revised TSA screening procedures and directives.
• Identify risks and performance gaps; implement corrective actions.
• Support incident response, irregular operations, and surge staffing.
• Develop frontline supervisors and promote accountability, service, and security.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
