Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Training Manager to lead the airport TSA screening training program in Tupelo, MS. You will oversee Security Training Instructors, Assistant Training Instructors, and OJT coaches, ensuring compliance with TSA requirements and effective training delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing aviation security training programs.
• Experience supervising instructors and managing training delivery.
• Knowledge of adult-learning principles and certification tracking.
• U.S. Citizen or National eligible for TSA background checks.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the airport TSA screening training program and oversee instructors.
• Coordinate new-hire, recurrent, remedial, return-to-duty, and specialized training.
• Track training, certification, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with TSA training personnel and Culmen leadership to coordinate training schedules.
• Ensure training aligns with TSA SOPs and national requirements.
• Analyze training performance to identify gaps and develop corrective programs.
• Monitor instructor performance to ensure consistent delivery across shifts.
• Integrate training requirements with operational staffing to minimize disruption.
• Provide management with training metrics, risks, and improvement recommendations.
