You will oversee frontline supervisors, develop schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with TSA and airport stakeholders to maintain security and customer service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years in aviation security, airport operations, security screening, or similar management roles.
• Experience supervising large shift-based workforces.
• Ability to work in a regulated security environment and manage stakeholders.

• Lead daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening operations.
• Supervise STSOs and other supervisors across shifts.
• Develop and adjust schedules based on flights, volumes, and staffing.
• Monitor wait times, throughput, staffing utilization, and security effectiveness.
• Coordinate with TSA/FSD and airport stakeholders on daily needs.
• Implement new or revised TSA procedures and directives.
• Identify risks and workforce issues; implement corrective actions.
• Support incident response and surge staffing as needed.
• Develop frontline supervisors toward accountability and security culture.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement in throughput and performance.
