Enterprise Mobility's Norfolk International Airport site is hiring a Return Agent to greet customers, process rental returns and ensure a quick, friendly experience for travelers.

You will handle charges, receipts, and lost-and-found items, while maintaining a clean, well-organized lot and contributing to a dependable customer service team. The role offers a stable schedule and benefits including PTO, health and retirement plans, and employee car discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log them in lost and found.
• Explain and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
