Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. We are hiring now to grow our team in Lafayette, LA as a Return Agent at the Lafayette Regional Airport.

You will greet customers, assist with the rental return process, and ensure accurate receipts while keeping a friendly, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record as specified.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and use prescribed dialogue.
• Assist with rental return process and provide accurate receipts.
• Identify items found in vehicles and handle lost-and-found.
• Explain rental charges professionally and courteously.
• Maintain organized lot and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
