Qualifications include at least 18 years old, U.S. work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and one year of customer service/retail or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and assist with the rental return process.
• Explain rental charges and provide an accurate receipt to customers.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and guide customers through the loss/damage report.
