Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred with some college coursework.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage and supervise staff including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Conduct inspections to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
