First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Hotel/Airport Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a climate-controlled airport environment.

You will lead staff, schedule, train, and evaluate performance while maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some college preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience with inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• ServSafe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficiency and quality service.
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and high-quality food service.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
