Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations and guest experiences. You will help set the tone, resolve issues, and maintain product quality across shifts.

Ideal candidates embrace a fast-paced setting, cross-train across positions, and communicate effectively with management. This role operates in an airport environment with training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by FMS/Skyport and regulations.

• Must pass airport security/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service with courteous, friendly, and prompt attention.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and service.
• Maintain morale and a professional atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with management via 7Shifts logs.
• Keep the restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist training of team members on station processes and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company and brand standards each shift.
• Follow cash handling and daily paperwork procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support new programs or policies as directed by the GM.
• Assist in inventory and ordering under GM direction.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
