Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) seeks a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. You will lead your team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards, while training new hires with the tools they need for success and delivering excellent customer service.

You will follow all safety policies, promote MLS values and culture, manage time effectively, and provide performance reports. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a non-CDL driver’s license

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervision or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL).
• A clean driving record is preferred but not required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
