Job summary

Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to lift and operate ground equipment and meet shift demands including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two to five years ramp service supervision experience.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English proficiently.
• Familiarity with PC software and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of FAA/TSA rules and airline procedures.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Ramp/Ground Service operations for contracted flights.
• Train and oversee Ground Operations Agents; maintain training records.
• Coordinate with TSA, air carriers, and station managers as required.
• Ensure security compliance, safety, and audit readiness.
• Prepare verbal and written reports on ground service activities.
• Handle billing, payments, and inventory-related duties.
• Maintain shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
