Job summary

Horizon Air is seeking a Ramp & Customer Service Agent to handle above and below wing tasks, including guest interactions and ramp functions.

You will assist guests with travel needs, manage baggage, boarding, and maintain safety and security standards while working outdoors in varied weather. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with travel needs (inquiries, baggage, ticketing, check-in, boarding) in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform below-wing duties (baggage/cargo transport, loading/unloading, aircraft marshaling, de-icing).
• Conduct aircraft grooming and security searches; handle boarding and gate duties.
• Process and secure guest luggage; manage damaged/delayed/pilfered items.

Skills

Valid driver's license
