Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is hiring for a customer service–driven role at the airport. The position provides total customer service to travelers, handles ticketing tasks, baggage processing and seating while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

The job requires being available nights, weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing. Training will be provided; read/write English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as defined by law.
• Must have the ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Process customers' tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures and seating arrangements.
• Handle denied boarding situations and assist with vouchers for hotel, meals, and taxis when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed; enforce safety measures.
• Assist customers with special needs and maintain excellent communication.
• Load and unload baggage, marshal planes and push back aircraft.
• Maintain professional grooming and fitness for duty.
• Report safety hazards or incidents promptly.
