Job summary

Horizon Air in Washington State is seeking a Part-Time Ramp & Customer Service Agent to assist guests and perform both above- and below-wing tasks. You will greet travelers, manage baggage, and support boarding in a fast-paced outdoor environment while upholding safety standards.

Starting wage is USD 18.27 per hour with 15–30 hours weekly, weekend/holiday availability, and a $2.25 split-shift differential. Benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to learn a computerized reservation system.
• Typing speed at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Driver's license (valid) and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with travel needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform below-wing duties: baggage handling, marshalling, transports, and security checks.
• Handle boarding and gate duties, announcements, standby/upgrade processing.
• Process and secure guest luggage; file and maintain claims for delays/damages.
• Loads/offloads luggage with conveyor belts; may be assigned to various duties as needed.
