Washington County is seeking a Part-Time Airline Customer Service Rep / Ground Operations Agent for the Regional Airport. You will assist passengers with check-in and reservations, manage baggage, and provide friendly service while coordinating with the Airline Station Leader.

Responsibilities include greeting passengers, guiding to counters, loading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and completing required training within 60 days. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills; will usually handle money for tickets.
• Customer service or sales background with an airline is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with check-in and reservations, including changes.
• Provide friendly customer service and guidance to passengers.
• Greet passengers and direct them to ticket counters.
• Assist with boarding and driving jet bridge training.
• Load and unload baggage and marshal aircraft as needed.
• Complete required computer-based training within 60 days and ongoing monthly training.
