Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver first-class customer service at the airport, assisting travelers at counter and gate while adhering to safety and airline standards.

The role involves processing tickets, baggage handling, and resolving passenger concerns with professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Uniformed team members support safety, security, and efficient flight operations.

Formación

• Good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers, flight crew, and colleagues.
• Strong time management to handle fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with computer systems used for tickets, reservations, and baggage handling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service following AGI and airline standards.
• Ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Handle customer interactions at ticket counter and gate.
• Process reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, and baggage tasks.
• Handle lost and found, tracing, and claims for damaged or lost items.
• Answer inquiries on flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate, check tickets and documents, and arrange reservations and luggage.
• Determine flight close-out time and complete flight forms.
• Transmit flight movement messages between gate, ground team, and crew.
• Follow procedures for Dangerous Goods handling.
