Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks a Passenger Service Agent in Portland to deliver first‑class customer service at check‑in, gates, and arrivals. You will handle reservations, ticketing, and baggage processes while adhering to safety and airline procedures.

Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and customer‑oriented, with strong communication and time‑management skills, ready to operate in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US work authorization if located in the US; SIDA training to obtain airport ID.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant airline/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline standards.
• Ensure safety and security is maintained at all times.
• Assist with reservations, ticketing, itineraries, and baggage handling.
• Handle lost and found activities and claims for damaged/lost baggage.
• Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules and fares.
