Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills in English.
• FAA background check and eligibility for unescorted access to secured airport areas.
• Excellent customer service and engagement abilities in hospitality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-class customer service, hospitality, and ticketing for all passengers.
• Register customers and verify membership status for lounges and services.
• Assist with flight reservations, changes, re-booking, and cancellations using SABRE and other tools.
• Check in passengers, confirm boarding times, and resolve scheduling issues.
• Resolve travel issues, including ticket problems, re-issues, and upgrades.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to senior CSCs or CSMs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in PNR.
• Enroll customers in loyalty programs such as Admirals Club and credit-card memberships.
• Coordinate services for premium customers including concierge and lounge support.
• Provide luggage, technology, and other passenger assistance.
• Maintain lounges’ appearance and inventory, including food and beverages.
• Schedule and coordinate conference rooms and meeting services.
• Report attendance and adhere to shift schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
