Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Able to read, write, and fluently speak and understand English.
• Able to perform tasks at a computer for extended periods.
• Able to work as scheduled and in accordance with attendance policy.
• Must maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks and providing strong customer support.
• Self-disciplined and accountable for showing job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Creative and skilled in problem solving, able to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Complete weeks of rapid, extensive training on products, processes, policies and equipment, with ongoing training.
• Handle customer contacts and meet travel needs by providing solutions.
• Listen to customers’ needs and proactively offer options.
• Generate revenue by selling tickets and related products/services.
• Provide a high level of customer support.
• Work full-time at a computer with scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
• Operate in a 24/7 environment including weekends/holidays with varied shifts by seniority.
• Occasionally provide voluntary overtime and mandatory extra time when needed.
• Aim for performance goals and pursue continuous improvement through training.
• Contribute to a caring, diverse community and supportive workplace.
